3. Account Registration and Security

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • We may delete your account and data after 30 days
  • You remain liable for any outstanding fees

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Infireach SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infireach from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
